It is possible to prevent users from using the chargeable functions (new receipts, travel and expense invoices) or just end the usage of chargeable functions from some of the users.
Preventing the usage of the chargeable features
If the chargeable functions are not wanted to be used at all, it is possible to prevent all users from using them.
1. Go to Usage settings view by choosing Management > Company info > Usage settings.
2. Disable the setting “Procountor Mini” paid functionality is allowed in Integration settings part of the Usage settings view.
3. Save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
- After the setting is disabled users can only use the free functionalities in Mini.
- If Mini's receipt features have been used before, the receipts that have been saved can still be found from New receipts widget and Mini receipt management in Procountor.
Ending the usage of chargeable features from one or more users
1. Go to Usage settings view by choosing Management > Company info > Usage settings.
2. Go to Integration settings part of the Usage settings view.
3. Open the listing of all users that are using Mini by clicking on Procountor Mini users.
4. Select the users, whose usage of Mini’s chargeable features you want to end.
5. After selecting the users, click on Discontinue Procountor Mini.
- Please notice, that this function ends the usage of Mini’s chargeable features from the selected users, but it does not prevent them from taking the chargeable features into use again.
- After the usage of Mini’s chargeable features is ended from a user, he/she must accept the chargeability of the features again in Mini before he/she can take the features into use again.
- If Mini's receipt features have been used before, the receipts that have been saved can still be found from New receipts widget and Mini receipt management in Procountor.
