In Procountor's customer pages the user can easily read instruction how to use Procountor and send service requests to Procountor's customer service. User's old service request can be found from the customer pages and the status of the request can be followed more accurately.
All Procountor users who have already sent service requests to Procountor's customer service by e-mail have automatically registered to the customer pages. During the first login write the e-mail address that have been used in the e-mails and click Forgot my password link.
Manual's articles are visible to everyone regardless of login. However, some of the content might be targeted to specific users which requires login to the customer pages.
The customer pages will be created during the year 2019 and new features will come in the nearest future.

The login link can be found from the upper right corner of the user manual.
All Procountor users who have already sent service requests to Procountor's customer service by e-mail have automatically registered to the customer pages. During the first login write the e-mail address that have been used in the e-mails and click Forgot my password link.
New Procountor users can register their e-mail address from the Register link.
Sending service requests
It is possible to send service requests by logging in to the customer pages or without login. When the user has logged in the contact information will be filled in automatically and the user can view the old service requests.
New requests are created by clicking Submit a request button.
Fill in at least all the field that are marked with a red star. Describe shortly what does the problem concerns about. The request form will automatically suggest related guide book articles. Choose the right article from the list and move to the guide article or continue filling in the form if a right article cannot be found.
Send the request to Procountor's customer service.
Browsing old service requests
Users who login to Procontor's manual can see their old service requests and their statuses from Name > My activities.
In users own service requests the user can see at which point of handling the request is and he can always come back to old messages and instructions. It is possible to comment on the service request and send more details by opening the service request and commenting on the comment field.
