The salary types that are used in Procountor can be found here: Procountor salary types
- The listing in English can be found in the second tab of the file.
- All the salary types can found from the salary type register in Procountor.
- The salary types are allocated to Income registers income types automatically.
- The salary type list helps to find the right salary type and to see how it is behaving in salary slips.
Description of the Excel columns
Column A - Income type code
- The code that Income register has determined to the income type.
- No IR: The salary type is not reported to income register.
- Many: Salary types that are allocated to employees basic salary. Basic salary can be allocated to Time-rate pay or Non-wage compensation for work.
Column B - Income type
- Name: Income type name
- Empty: The salary type does not have income type and is not reported to income register.
Column C - Salary type
- Salary type name
Column D - New salary code
- All the salary types have Procountor's salary type codes.
Column E - Old salary code
- Salary types code that were in Procountor's old salary module (before income register)
Column F - New salary group
- All the salary types are categorized to salary type categories.
Column G - Old salary groups
- The group in the old salary module. (before income register)
Column H - Sign
- Sign: + or -
- The default sign of the salary type.
Column I - Gross
- Y: The sum of the salary type will be taken in to the calculation of the gross salary.
- N: The sum of the salary type will not be taken into the calculation of the gross salary.
Column J - Tax
- Y: The sum of the salary type will be taken in to the calculation of the Withholding tax.
- N: The sum of the salary type will not be taken in to the calculation of the Withholding tax.
Column K - Net
- Y: The sum of the salary type will be taken in to the calculation of the Net salary of the employee and increases the amount of the salary.
- N: The sum of the salary type will not be taken in to the calculation of the Net salary of the employee.
Column L-O - Social insurances
- Y: Salary type belongs to the field of the insurance.
- N: Salary type does not belong to the field of the insurance.
