You can change default postings by salary type in Management > Accounting info > Posting defaults > Default salary postings.
If you have defined in the Company info Usage setting that salary slips are posted by salary row, you can define the accounts used by salary type in Management > Accounting info > Posting defaults > Default salary postings.
First select the salary type and then click the Change account button. This opens a window where you can select the entry account and the reverse account. You can select multiple salary types by holding down Control key and selecting rows by mouse. Using this, you can change multiple salary type accounts at a time.
The Combine entries/Combine counter-entries selection allows you to combine the entries posted to the same default account.
The Reset to Procountor defaults button restores the Procountor default accounts to all salary types.

Observe! Changes to postings are not updated retroactively, i.e. existing entries of approved salaries are not affected.
