In Reports > Salary reports > Pay sheet you can print out the person's Pay sheet. It contains the employee's basic info, paid salaries, employee payments, etc.
Creating the pay sheet
First select the year, then the person group and finally the person whose pay sheet you want to print out. If the person does not belong to any group, select option (No group). The selection Person group refers to groups that the person belongs to, not his/her reporting group. By default, persons set in status Inactive are also available to select. If you do not want to include inactive persons in the Person menu, remove the tick from the Inactive box.
When you have made all the selections, click the Show pay slip button. The Pay sheet opens in HTML format in a new browser window. You can print it out or save it in a file.
The Back button takes you back to the Salary reports view.
The information in the pay sheet
The pay sheet contains salaries in status Paid or Paid elsewhere on a payment date in the selected year. You can create a summary of all salaries by selecting group PERSONS and person Total. The summary always also includes the inactive persons.
Besides salaries, the pay sheet also contains per diem and kilometre allowances from travel invoices. This information is shown on the salary row corresponding to the payment date of the travel invoice.
