Additional accrued accounting reports is a reporting package that enables accrual-based reporting, i.e. reporting according to accounting service periods.This is a feature subject to an additional fee, which can be ordered from the address email@example.com. The package is particularly suitable for companies that use the Contractual invoicing function.
Additional accrued accounting reports facilitate the monitoring of operations and procedures such as the creation of accrual journals if your company sells many invoices with long delivery times (possibly split over two years).
The additional reports include the following features:
- Product report divided across periods, distributing invoice sums to months on the basis of delivery times
- Accounting report divided across periods: A report that retrieves data from accounting entries. The service period can be used as a search criterion, and the report will calculate, at the daily level, the percentage of transaction sums that are allocated to the period in question
- The possibility of specifying delivery dates/service periods specific to invoice rows and accounting entries (e.g. when an application lease for several months has been invoiced using contractual invoicing and person hours allocated to a single month have been sold in addition)
