LähiTapiola Pankin ja S-Pankin järjestelmät yhdistyvät, minkä johdosta S-Pankki siirtyy nykyisestä kahdesta pankkijärjestelmästä yhteen järjestelmään 23.-25.10.2015 viikonlopun aikana. Tämä aiheuttaa muutoksia maksujenvälitykseen sekä finvoice-aineistojen välitykseen. LähiTapiolan vanha BIC-koodi TAPIFI22 poistetaan käytöstä 24.10.2015, ja kyseiseen BIC-koodiin liitetyt tilinumerot (BBAN-tilinumeroiden alku 36) siirtyvät käyttämään S-Pankin BIC-koodia SBANFIHH alkaen 26.10.2015.
What changed and why?
S-Bank and LocalTapiola Bank have merged into a new S-Bank owned by the S Group and the LocalTapiola Group. Due to the merger, S-Bank changed over from two banking systems into one during the weekend of October 23–25, 2015. This caused changes in the transfer of payments and Finvoice materials. The new bank connection authorization must be used for any services opened starting from October 26, 2015.
The customers’ account numbers and the content of electronic services remained unchanged. For Procountor’s customers, the change can be seen in BIC codes.
In practice, this means that LocalTapiola’s old BIC code TAPIFI22 was deactivated on October 24, 2015, and the account numbers linked with this BIC code (BBAN account numbers beginning with 36) adopted S-Bank’s BIC code SBANFIHH as of October 26, 2015.
Changes in Procountor
Procountor saw to opening a new bank connection channel and making the necessary changes to the bank connection authorization. New bank connection authorizations can be found in Procountor’s manual after changes made by the banks.
Procountor made automatic changes to BIC codes and operator IDs on October 24, 2015.
Changes in Procountor views
- LocalTapiola Bank account numbers saved in the Management > Company info > Bank account information view
- E-invoice IBAN addresses saved in the Management > Company info > E-Invoice and Scanning provider addresses view
- E-invoice IBAN addresses saved in the customer register for customers with e-invoice as their selected invoice channel
- LocalTapiola Bank’s BIC codes saved in the supplier and person registers
As of October 24, 2015, Procountor automatically suggests SBANFIHH as the BIC code for LocalTapiola Bank’s account numbers in the invoice view, for example.
What should the customer do?
Companies using LocalTapiola Bank (BIC code TAPIFI22) should inform their customers of the BIC code change in the additional sales invoice information, for example. It is easy to include this information as additional default information in all invoices.
You can enter information about the BIC code change in the Management > Company info > Usage settings > Additional default information, sales invoice field.
Companies using the reception of LocalTapiola Bank’s Finvoice e-invoices should inform their suppliers of the operator ID change (TAPIFI22 -> SBANFIHH). This can be done, for example, directly from Procountor by using the Group letter function.
All payments to the accounts of the former LocalTapiola Bank customers must feature the new BIC code SBANFIHH as of October 24, 2015. However, payments may not be made to these accounts with the new BIC code before October 24, 2015.
Customers who use the former LocalTapiola Bank’s ID TAPIFI22 as the operator in the reception of Finvoice e-invoices must in the future use S-Bank’s operator ID SBANFIHH in invoicing.
