The Extended summary shows a summary of all salary types in the selected period. The report can be found in Payroll > Salaries (old) > Reports > Extended summary.
Creating the report
Person groups are used as the basic selection when running the report. You can select several person groups at the same time. Then the report shows a separate summary for each person group. The Person group selection criterion means the groups that the person belongs to, not his or her Reporting group. If you select PERSONS, the report shows the total summary of all Person groups.
The report contains the information on salaries in status Paid or Paid elsewhere and the payment dates of which are within the selected period. By default, the report also includes inactive persons. If you want to exclude them, uncheck the box Inactive.
You can select Report format HTML, PDF or Excel. When you have made all the selections, click the Show extended salary summary button.
The Back button returns you to the Salary reports view.
