The Partner checking report helps to find exceptions, e.g. erroneous default entries or VAT percentages, in reconciliation.
The report can be found from control menu by choosing: Reporting > Reconciliation tools > Partner checking report.
The report produces a list of the selected business partner type’s invoices for the selected time period and shows the monthly invoice sums, VAT percentages and statuses and accounting accounts. Invoices that have not been targeted at the business partner register are shown with business partner information “(Not selected)”.

The functions in the view
The Search business partners button searches the business partners for the selected time period.
The Search transactions button allows you to drill down to the transaction level. Through this you can go further to accounting or to the invoice by using the respective buttons.
By right-clicking on the table or using the menu button next to the column headers, you can display the Search transactions, Copying on/off and Open Excel/HTML/PDF functions.
