The CRM action report allows you to search customer management actions. The report can be used e.g. for reporting open tenders.
The information shown is always information regarding customers, not other types of business partners.
The difference to the business partner search and to the Business partner report is that the search result contains action rows, not business partners.
The buttons in the upper section
The Show actions button runs the search according to the selected search criteria and the lower section of the view shows the search result. The Back button returns you to the Register reports view.
Search customer and action
You can search customers by the business partner’s name, ID, customer number or business partner group. It is also possible to search by the main group, if the company has Two-levelled business partner groups in use.
When you search by the business partner’s name, ID or customer number, you can also enter part of the search text only. If you search a customer named Procountor, you can enter Pro or Countor in the search field, if Further searches are not in use. You can freely include * and ? characters in the search text. The * character represents any character string (also blank, i.e. the search text Pro*Countor also yields Procountor). The ? character represents any single character (a character, e.g. space, must exist, i.e. the search text Pro?Countor does not yield Procountor).
The search button next to the Customer group drop-down menu opens the search window for customer groups, where you can search a customer group by entering a part of its name.
The search result is displayed below the button bar under the search criteria.
Procountor contains no predefined statuses or actions, but each company can define the statuses and actions best suited to their operations in the customer Management view.
The Status and Action options allow you to search the customer by certain status or action. Three Action search conditions at the maximum can be specified.
You can specify the date scope for the actions using the Action between fields. The Responsible for action field allows you to search statuses of actions defined belonging to a certain person in charge in the Management section. In addition, you can search the person in charge for an action using the Responsible for action search, or you can search information in the Notes field entered in the Management view.
In Search other actions for same customer you can specify action searches by selecting Search for action (not the lack of it)? or not selecting it, which means searching customers not having the specified action.
