This page instructs you how to set up your start-up settings in Procountor.
Add your Electronic invoice addresses and/or your bank’s Finvoice address.
Specify your company’s settings in Usage settings.
Edit the chart of accounts if necessary.
Check default postings.
Edit dimensions and add items if necessary.
Edit your taxation information, i.e. enter the reporting period, tax account reference and tax payment bank account.
Change the VAT defaults if necessary.
Edit the Salary information if necessary. You can add Salary periods (mandatory for holiday calculation). Also add your company’s Employees’ Pensions Act contracts, the information is required for salary calculation.
Personal information and settings
You can change your password and order a new single-use password list, for example when your present list is running out, in menu section Management > Personal information and settings.
Users and privileges
You can add and delete users and edit their privileges in menu section Management > Users and privileges.
